“My dad was 92 years old and I had no idea how to take care of him. They helped me with all aspects of his care and living needs. They encouraged family visits and functions. Have a really nice garden area, dining room, and lots of resident functions. Their apartments are spacious, clean, and cheery. I highly recommended El Cajon for your loved ones.”

“Solstice Senior Living at El Cajon was super nice. We really liked it. The one-bedrooms had a living room and a nice big closet, a bedroom, and a bathroom. They were really nice. They had chair yoga, exercise, dance classes, and all kinds of activities. The man who gave us the tour was outstanding. We were impressed with the whole thing, like the grounds, the rooms, the activities, and the food. It was a really nice facility. I met the activity director, and everybody seemed friendly. It seemed like a really nice situation.”
